These terms apply to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We sell to consumers in the European Union.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur.
Children's toys carry the age recommendations and warnings shown on the product page. Please read them before use.
Pet products should be used under supervision.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are final prices in euros (€); no taxes are added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken when you place your order.
We may change prices at any time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

5. Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If we do, we will refund you in full.

You also have the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for goods that don't conform to the contract.

These terms are governed by Croatian law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
